How we’ll work together

In our work together, each session begins with where you are that day and what is most important for you to address.

I will prepare next steps and focus areas in advance, and we’ll also make space for anything that is pressing in the moment.

When it is supportive, we may look at basic comparison charts with key people in your life to help you better understand how to navigate those relationships.

For this, you agree to provide accurate birth data (date, time, and place of birth) for yourself and any person you wish to explore at least 3 days before our session so I have space to prepare and maximize the value of our time together.

Your participation

You agree to show up on time, bring the question or situation you want to refine, and participate fully in the session.

Coaching is a collaborative process, and you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Our work is coaching, not therapy or medical treatment.
